  • Shoes and bags must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Process

  1. Contact our Customer Support within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.

  3. Ship the product back to our designated return address.

  4. Once inspected, a refund or replacement will be issued within 7–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repair.

  • Products purchased under final sale or clearance offers.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to a Gyuriche error).
